Why it is in an AI visibility directory

Because structured data is the highest-value change on most pages, and on WordPress, Yoast writes it for you. Organization schema, Article schema with dates and author, breadcrumbs, and a coherent @graph connecting them — all emitted automatically once configured.

That is most of the first pillar and a good chunk of the fourth pillar, from a free plugin.

Set it up properly

The default install is not the whole job:

• Yoast SEO → Settings → Site representation. Set organisation or person, name, logo. This is what populates your Organization schema. Most sites leave it blank.
• Social profiles. These become your sameAs array — the links that establish you as one entity.
• Use the FAQ block in the editor on any page that answers questions. It emits FAQPage schema and keeps the visible content in sync.

Where people go wrong

Running Yoast alongside Rank Math or a separate schema plugin. You end up with two Organization blocks making different claims on the same page, which is worse than having neither. Pick one.

If you are on WordPress, install it, configure site representation properly, and you have covered more ground than most paid AI tools will give you. See the WordPress guide.
