The Review and the Roadmap

The free checker looks at one page. The Review looks at your whole business, and the Roadmap tells you what to do about it.

Both are one-off payments, plus GST. No subscription.

What each covers

Each package covers one website. We score each of your main services or products separately, because that is how customers ask: the Review covers up to 5 and the Roadmap up to 10.

  • Another website for the same business: + A$350 on the Review, + A$850 on the Roadmap.
  • More services or products: + A$150 (Review) or + A$300 (Roadmap) for each extra 5.
  • Online shops are counted by product category, not by product.
  • Three or more websites, franchises or white label work: Enterprise & Agency.

List any extras when you order and we confirm the total before you pay. Full coverage table →

Which one do I need?

Choose the Review if you want to understand your current position before investing in changes. It tells you where you stand against your competitors, across all four pillars, and which opportunities matter most.

Choose the Roadmap if you are ready to invest in AI visibility and want the detail to act on it: what to change, in what order, with schema, crawler and content recommendations for your platform and examples from your industry.

The Review suits accountants, dentists, lawyers, restaurants, trades, tourism operators and consultants — any business whose customers are starting to ask an assistant who to use.

How it works

You submit your website. We do the analysis. We fetch your pages, follow your sitemap, read your robots.txt and llms.txt, and look at how your competitors present the same services.

If we cannot find a sitemap, we email and ask which pages matter most — usually three or four. If your website is behind a login or blocks us outright, we say so and refund you in full.

Your report is emailed to you as a PDF, with an executive summary written to be forwarded to whoever signs things off.

Nothing in your report is invented

This is the part worth being specific about, because the obvious alternative — asking an AI to write your schema — fails here in a way that is easy to miss.

Ask a language model for Organization schema and it will produce something that looks right. It will also, unprompted, supply an address it has never seen, opening hours nobody gave it, and FAQ entries answering questions your website has never asked. The output is well-formed, confident, and partly fiction. Structured data is a set of assertions about your business, and a wrong assertion is worse than a missing one — you have now told every assistant something untrue, in a format designed to be trusted.

What we will not do

  • We do not invent facts. Every value in your schema came from a page we fetched. If your address is not on your website, the address field is not in your schema, and the report tells you to add it.
  • We do not write FAQ entries you did not write. FAQ schema is built from questions your site already answers. If there are none, you get the method and a template, not seven invented questions.
  • We do not fill gaps to make the output look complete. A shorter, true schema beats a longer, decorated one.

What we check before anything is sent

  • Every JSON-LD block is parsed and validated against the schema.org type it claims to be. If it does not validate, it does not ship.
  • Every value is traced to the page it came from. Your report says where, so you can check us.
  • Anything we could not determine is listed as a gap, not quietly omitted.

Shipping broken or invented schema to someone who paid us to fix their schema is the worst failure available in this product. The validation is not a nicety; it is the reason the output is worth more than a prompt.

What this report does. What it does not.

Being specific about scope is worth more to you than a longer feature list, so here it is plainly.

What it does

It reads your website and tells you whether a machine can use it. Every check runs against your actual pages. Twenty-one weighted signals, four dimensions, a score, and the specific reason behind every number.

It works on day one. No history, no tracking period, no waiting for data to accumulate. A business that has never been mentioned by an assistant gets exactly as useful a report as one that is mentioned daily — arguably more so, because the reasons are the same and the gap is bigger.

It tells you what to change, in order, and where to change it on your platform. That is the part most tools stop short of.

What it does not do

It does not tell you whether you are being mentioned. We cannot see inside ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini, and neither can anyone without a large prompt-monitoring database. Ahrefs Brand Radar, Semrush, Profound and Peec do that, at a scale we have no intention of matching.

It does not track competitors, share of voice, or sentiment. Same reason.

It does not guarantee a mention. Nobody controls what an assistant says. We remove the reasons it cannot use you, which improves the odds and is not the same thing.

It is not ongoing monitoring. One website, one report, dated.

The distinction that actually matters

The trackers answer “am I being mentioned?” — a measurement question, which needs their data.

This answers “can I be mentioned?” — a readiness question, which needs your HTML.

Those are different axes, and the order runs one way. A tracker that reports zero mentions has told you something true and useless; it cannot tell you why, because the reason is in your markup, not in its database. Fix the readability first, then buy a tracker to watch it work. We say which one on the directory.

Why it needs a server

A browser cannot fetch pages from another domain — the security model forbids it, which is why the free checker asks you to paste. A backend has no such limit. It fetches your URL directly, follows your sitemap, and reads your robots.txt and llms.txt automatically.

That is the entire difference between the free tier and this one. Not a withheld feature — a technical boundary.

What it does not do

We do one thing: work out whether AI can find, understand and recommend your business, and tell you what to change. Everything else we point you at rather than sell you.

  • It does not track whether you get mentioned. That is a tracker's job and several of them do it better than we would.
  • It does not change your website by itself. Your team, agency or developer applies the changes — or ask us to. Implementation is available as a separately quoted job.
  • It does not do your SEO, your content or your marketing. Adjacent, and not ours.
  • It does not guarantee a mention. Nobody can.

That narrowness is deliberate. A tool that claims to solve everything is usually good at nothing, and the AI visibility field is moving quickly enough that the honest position is to do one part well and keep an up-to-date map of who does the rest.

Dated, not permanent

AI systems evolve rapidly. Your report reflects the standards and best practices current at the time of assessment, and carries the date it was run.

The fundamentals hold: structured data, readable content and a clear identity have mattered for a decade and will keep mattering. The specifics move faster — MCP, agentic checkout and crawler behaviour are changing monthly, and what counts as ready today may be incomplete in a year.

We publish every change to the rubric in the changelog, so you can see what has moved since your report was run without paying us again to tell you.

Written for your platform. The Roadmap’s guidance is specific to Shopify, WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow or a custom build — the file, the menu path and the order.

Before you buy

Run the free checker first. If it comes back above 85, you do not need this. If it comes back at 45 and you have an afternoon, the guides on this site will get you most of the way for nothing.

Buy it if the free check found real gaps and you would rather spend the two hours on your actual business.

A few details and we are away

One-off payment. Starter Review A$500, or Growth Roadmap A$1,250, plus GST. You submit your website; we do the analysis.

Package

Three or more websites, an agency or white label? Enterprise & Agency is scoped to you.

Just the domain is fine. We find the rest.

Another website too?

One per line. Each extra website adds A$350 (Review) or A$850 (Roadmap). Three or more websites in total? We will quote it as Enterprise & Agency.

The things you want customers to find you for. The Review covers up to 5, the Roadmap up to 10. We confirm any extras before you pay.

So we know whether to add GST. Customers outside Australia are usually not charged GST.

What happens next. We fetch your website, follow your sitemap, and review the pages that cover every template you have. Your report is emailed to you: the Review within 5 business days of payment, the Roadmap within 10.

If we cannot find a sitemap — and plenty of websites do not have one — we email you and ask which pages matter most. Usually three or four. That is the only time you will hear from us before the report.

If we cannot crawl your website at all, because it is behind a login or blocks us outright, we say so and refund you. No argument.

Your website address, name and email are sent to our inbox through Formspree, our form service, so we can prepare your order. Card details are handled by Square and never reach us.

We will email you your report, and occasionally about new tools. One-click unsubscribe on every message. Privacy.
