Enterprise & Agency · custom
Enterprise & Agency
For multi-site businesses, agencies, franchises, large organisations and white label services. Scoped to you and priced on enquiry.
Who it is for
The Starter Review and the Growth Roadmap cover one business with one website, or two with the extra-website add-on. Enterprise & Agency is for everyone else:
- Businesses with three or more websites, or several brands
- Multi-site businesses
- Agencies
- Franchises
- Large organisations
- White label services
Pricing is custom, because a franchise with forty locations and an agency with forty unrelated clients need different things.
What we can shape around you
Every engagement is scoped to you. Email us with what you have and we will come back with a proposal, usually the same day.
What is genuinely negotiable
| Scope | Any number of sites, very large websites, or a subset of a large domain |
|---|---|
| Invoicing | Purchase orders, net 30, AUD or USD, a proper tax invoice from an Australian company |
| Paperwork | Mutual NDA, a security questionnaire within reason, your supplier onboarding forms |
| Scheduling | A repeat review each quarter, quoted up front, if you want the trend rather than the snapshot |
| Delivery | Findings in a format your team can ingest — CSV, JSON, or into your own ticketing |
| White label | Agencies reselling to clients: your name on the report, our rubric underneath |
What is not, and we will say so before you ask
- No 24-hour support desk. Email, answered by the person who wrote the rubric, in Sydney hours.
- No service level agreement with penalty clauses. We will give you a delivery date and meet it, but we will not sign a contract that pretends we are a company of fifty.
- Nobody on site. Everything here is done remotely and always will be.
- No dedicated account manager, because there is nobody to dedicate.
If those matter to your procurement process, we are the wrong supplier and would rather you found that out now than three weeks into a form.
How it works
- Tell us what you have. Number of sites, rough size, and whether the work is for you or for your clients.
- We scope it. Which sites get a Review, which get a Roadmap, the format you want the findings in, and when.
- You get a proposal and a proper tax invoice from Virtual Planet Pty Ltd, an Australian company.
- We deliver per site — a report for each, ready to forward to the client who owns the domain.
White label
Your name on the reports, our published rubric underneath, and a link back to the methodology so a client can check the working.
