What each package covers
One website, your main offerings. Extras are clear.
Assistants are asked who does this specific thing, not whether a website is good. So we score each of your main services or products on its own, and the package size is set by how many there are.

All prices plus GST. Extra websites cost less than a second package because the industry and competitor research is shared.
What counts as a main service or product? Something a customer would ask an assistant for by name: “emergency plumber”, “tax return for sole traders”, “wedding cakes”. You tell us which ones matter; if you are not sure, we pick them from your website and check with you first.
Online shops. We assess product categories, not every product. Each category counts as one, and we check a sample of product pages in each. A shop with 2,000 products in 6 categories fits the Roadmap.
Several locations on one website. Counted by service, not by suburb. Different brands, or a website per location, count as separate websites.
Pricing questions
How much does an AI visibility review cost?
The Starter AI Visibility Review is A$500 plus GST, one-off. The Growth AI Visibility Roadmap, which includes the Review, is A$1,250 plus GST, one-off. Enterprise & Agency engagements are priced on enquiry.
What if I have more than one website, or lots of services?
Each package covers one website. The Review scores up to 5 main services or products and the Roadmap up to 10. Each extra website for the same business adds A$350 to the Review or A$850 to the Roadmap, and each extra 5 services or products adds A$150 or A$300, plus GST. Three or more websites are quoted as Enterprise & Agency. We confirm any extras before you pay.
How do you count products for an online shop?
By category, not by product. Each product category counts as one, and we check a sample of product pages in each, so a large catalogue does not multiply the price.
Is there a subscription?
No. Both packages are one-off payments. There is no monitoring plan and no card kept on file.
What does the agency option cost?
Enterprise & Agency engagements, for three or more websites, franchises, agencies and white label work, are scoped to you and priced on enquiry, with a proper tax invoice from Virtual Planet Pty Ltd.
Are the guides free?
Yes, permanently. Every guide, the full scoring rubric, the glossary and all four generators are free with no signup.
And what we are not
We do not tell you whether an assistant is mentioning you. That needs a very large prompt database, which these have and we do not. If that is the question you have, buy one of them instead — we review them honestly and take nothing for saying so.
The order runs one way. A tracker showing zero mentions has told you something true and given you nothing to act on — the reason is in your markup, not its database. Readability first, then measurement. All fourteen reviewed →
The honest version
What we will never charge for.
All 14, permanently free and deliberately easy for AI to read. They are how assistants find us. Paywalling them would cost us more than it earned, and it would make us the thing this site warns about.
Every check, its weight and the reasoning, published in full. A scoring tool whose judgement you cannot inspect is asking for more trust than it has earned.
